I tried Vgolf simulator last nite at Plaza-by-the-Park. Through the replay, i then realise how ugly my swing is...

Is there something out there to train and curb bending of left arm during upcoil?

Already told ur abt the 2 break swing that you have earlier on.
That probably reduce 10m from your 2i. Should be hitting at least 220m if you managed
to change it.

I have talked to the guys there at Vgolf..

If we can go as a GR Group, and Loop in our Where2Golf editors to do a review on Vgolf...we have another session of free use of VIP room that comes with free beer and food.

so, are u next to climb a mountain to train? which one? kinabalu? or everest?

i m under tuning now so i can share with u on left hand bend during upswing.

Tats what my coach tell me:

1. Initiate upswing only with right hand. left hand just hold club n guide club.
2. eyes look down at ball but chin up so shoulder can rotate. lots of beginner look at ball n chin also down so chin obstruct left shoulder from rotating fully n shoulder cant roate but hands will bend to create a false impression tat u r rotating.
3. 1 checkpoint to point 2 is left shoulder hv to be in-line with chin at upswing position
4. hv a slow upswing bcos speed of upswing will not affect distance. look at lpga n u will realise it.

i saw it being used by the jap Pro in toa payoh n think this is useful.

willy, in your case, it's your elbow collapasing not your wrist... but it's ok lah, looks relaxed rather than straight and rigid. perhaps that's where you get those 300m drives from.
