Hi jHan18,

After 1 session with you I have cut 6 strokes in my last round.
I drive to the fairway most of the time.
My dreaded 4 footer has become my favorite.
My chippings has also improved.

You might be new, but you are awesome.

Now, I just need to work on that little 20 meter extra.......

Wah....putting, chipping and driving in 1 session.

we had a 2 hr session. the most important part of the session especially it being the first is to understand his golf game. what makes things work, how he perceives the techniques of the various departments(putting, chipping, swing)the terminology he has in his head, his thought process and clarifying the doubts he had on what he was doing.

Hmmm, not a bad investment. I'm seeing shorthitter for some work, but definitely open to new learnings.

yeah, i'm working with him on a personalized programme to identify the gaps in my game, and drills that can help me improve yardage and consistency. Review again when I'm back in July, but I have heard good things about him.

It appears that GR has the privilege and good fortune to have several good coaches on board who can offer honest, down-to-earth and results-driven services to help GRians improve and enjoy the game!

You did a good job on working the perceives techniques.
Establishing on the definition so as to work on the same mind is paramount.
You cleared my misunderstanding of using big muscles.
My confusion of feel and mechanical was straighten.
The few 9 iron chips that left with putter length was the results of your "passive wrist".
I changed from "directional spot" on short putt instead of your "strength control", has done wonders.

Great Job! ....but need you to work on my little 20 meter more.

Hi Justin, if you coach in WGCC, does that mean that you part of the coaching team from Muru Golf Academy?

Any discount for WGCC members? Very Happy

Cheers

sorry bud justine is a girl's name:oops: . I'd be more than happy to have a look at your swing and advise you based on your goals in golf. I'd rarely get someone to totally revamp his swing rather i'll work around his/her current swing. basically i'd help you understand how the swing works as many are confused by certain golf jargon and this would affect the way you would swing the club. Do drop me a pm if you'd like to have a lesson. I'm sure we'll be able get your swing heading in the right direction!

amen bro...btw I cant go to SSN tomorrow, flying to Samui. hope you can look at my driver swing next time you come to MBGC.

I will report results from my first 18 hole after our short game sessions..i am dreading the tight fairways of Santiburi but confident that I will go up and down more often.

good luck and have fun. most impt dont stress yourself out over the tight fairways. just prepare yourself the best way you can before you hit every shot.
