Anyone tried any golf course in Penang ? may need to go there in March. any recommendation ?

played in Bukit Jambul and penang golf course last nov............
oversea visitor playing Bukit jambul must accompanied by a caddy..........Penang golf course quite empty during weekday.

I played the 9 hole Par 3 @ the Shangrila Hotel where I stay @ Feringhi Beach.

Is the Penang Turf Club open to public?

hi guys, maybe you can try Penang Golf Resort, Bertam, Penang.
it has 36 holes east & west course. Promotion RM80 for 18 holes inclusive of buggy & insurance.
I just played there during CNY break. It's along the north-south highway up north towards Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Maybe after the 36 holes at Penang Golf Resort, you can drive up north to Permaipura Golf and Country also RM80 for 18holes inclusive of buggy & insurance.

opps.. before Permaipura, you can drop by Sungai Petani's Cinta Sayang Golf and Country Club for a friendly 18 holes and stay over at Cinta Sayang Chalet for approx RM100+ / night.

After Permaipura can drive further north to Havard Golf and Country Resort which have 27 holes & I forgot about the rate.

If you are golf craze.. after Harvard you can drive even further north to Darulaman Golf and Country Club and Black Forest Golf and Country Club.
