I scolded myself... this morning.

i was at range and keep scolding myself " keep ur head down!!"

old habits hard to break la. luckily noone at the range this morning. otherwise they all'd say " this one 100% sot liao"

Maybe not exactly what you meant, but "keep your head down" is not a good swing thought.

It creates tension and stops your right shoulder and hips from coming thru impact properly.

A better swing thought is "watch the club hit the ball" that keeps you in the posture postion at impact but then your head and eyes follow the ball flight which lets you "clear" thru impact into a nice follow through.

the meaning is more correct... imagine at a finish position and still keeping head down facing where the ball was....

what we want is to keep the head facing the ball long enough thats all... not all the time.
