HI expert, Let say my swing speed is 75mph with 7i and I'm using a steel stiff flex shaft (125gm). If I will to change it to a Reg flex and the shaft weight range from 95 to 105gm , does this help to increase my swing speed and distance? Does the weight of Club head need to be factor into it?

hey bro, lets put it this way.....changing a shaft might increase in speed...or mite increase in distance....but also mite not increase in both

Changing to the RIGHT shaft will help to increase in distance assuming all other things remain status quo.

just my 2 cents...and FYI...i am a short hitter literally

Does that mean that even changing of shaft might not help. Would it help by getting both teaching pro and club fitter to analyze your swing and clubs to determine what needs to fit?

Are you short hitter in disguise ? Very Happy
