Hi, kindly advise

Where to get the screw to replace? How much will it cost?

Also can I claim insurance?

Hi Keith ..if you buy in local you may want to send it to achushnet Singapore in Changi .they will look at it and may replace you wif a new screw . My happen before .Hopefully your balance of the screw did not get stuck on the adaptor .Good luck .

waaaa ...

u must have not been placing the driver upright while screwing the thing back...

Thanks for the replies

Oh dear my screw stuck in adapter. Hope I can use pliers turn it out

But I was locking it with the ShAft upright. Read from other net articles that screw will break if change shaft and never insert screw correctly. Some blame it on screw design flaw. Seems to happen to titty screws than TM screws.

Will go acushnet see what they can do.
