I have had an arrangement with Callaway for a few years and my previous set were the x-20 tours. I never liked these as they felt hard and were a bit chunky, so I substituted the irons for a set of Mizuno MP57 as I like the softer feel.
When the RAZR forged were released in Australia back in November, I acquired a set and I would have to say these are one of the best feeling and looking irons I have had. I think they feel as soft, if not softer than the MP57's although it is hard to say exactly as I have now changed to a Project X shaft from the Dynamic Gold. The fitting process I went through in the Callaway factory was also of benefit. Not sure if it is the same here in SG.
I am not really an equipment junkie so I have not experimented with many other clubs but I do like the look and feel and they perform well.
I highly recommend them and addition to the set, I also highly recommend the Jaws wedges and the RAZR Hawk driver. I think Callaway have come along way since the early days of the Big Berthas, those things were like shovels
