PostSubject: Golf Handicap   Mon Apr 25, 2011 8:09 pm

Hi to all

I intend to get a "non-estate" golf handicap.

Wondering those that provide USGA Handicap Index e.g. http://singaporegolfers.org/index.html, http://www.bgagolf.com.sg/index.html, or possibly taking from Palm Villa with a MYGA handicap.

MyGolfKaki is getting more expensive cos not only have to pay yearly fee to them, but still must pay monthly subscription to NTUC.

I am playing averaging 98, can I pass my courtesy round????

Also, does Marina Bay accept those USGA Handicap Index to play, or still must pay $10 for the "swing test"???

Really hope that any of you can really enlighten me on this matter.

Hi, my first handicap was at palm villa. I think test was 100+ sing. If you ask them they will mail you the first handicap card. After that they issue monthly update so must play there to get updated card. But mbgc recognized it even though card was few months old so don't need to go every month. Pretty good value. And if you want to transfer Singapore club does recognize palm villa handicap. With palm villa it doesnt matter what score you shoot Smile 98 is good enough.

With 98 and slope rating of 130 it's equivalent to differential of 21-22 already. More than enough! Very Happy
SSG looks good (first time I see it here...). Another one is golfers.sg.
