I used to like to use Borderlinx. Used to be relatively cheap and good. They used to charge me about SGD40 to send a club over.

Ordered a club the other day. Cost me SGD76 just to ship it over! Most of the online retailers charge only about USD40 (SGD52) for a single club.

In addition, their customer service is non existent! Always giving you cut and paste answers.

Anyone else have bad experience with them?

Which provider do you guys use to bring in your clubs from the US?

I will not use Borderlinx even if its free. Was a nightmare dealing with them the last time i used them to ship the wifey's Victoria's Secret stuff over.

Tried charging me tons of $$$ to ship AIR over. madness.

I had a nightmare dealing with them. They insisted that the item was shipped out but the DHL tracking shows that the item was still with Bordelinx. It was supposed to reach within 7 days and it took me close to 1 month to get it over here.

These people doesn't know what they are doing...
