Bro..
I found this interesting Article on tennis elbow that might help ah peks like us with bad elbows...
Quite interesting; first time I've seen this exercise.
Of course CCC also has special sessions at SPP which are reputed to be very therapeutic and beneficial for elbows, palms, and other appendages. albino

Western Physio...alot of rubbing of your tendons in your elbows and then ultrasound. Will ask you to go do some strengthening exercises on your own too.

This one I can help. from personal experience.

The simplest one you can do is:

1. When sitting down, sit with your back upright. Suck in you stomach and hold for 10 secs. Do 20 - 30 reps. What this does is strengthen the stomach muscles as this helps to support your lower back. This one can do even when you are injured.

2. With your back flat against the wall, lower yourself to a sitting position till your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold for 10secs. do 20 reps.

What you have to realise is the muscles in the lower back, buttocks, abdomen and upper thighs all work together to support the lower back,
