My recipe: Rasa Ayam bawang, corned beef, with two eggs, lots of fried shallot. Put on A big dollop of saos chili, two circles of kecap manis and loads of pepper powder.

Memories....thks Ms. Lee

Tsk tsk tsk ... So complicated... Go for the basic, boil the noodle, get rid of the water, pour the seasoning, mix well and voila! Ready to eat... For winter, pls make sure you pour and mix the seasoning fast enough so that it can be served warm...

In Aust, I ate 2 packs every meal. About 3-4 times a week.

Add some thai gunpowder chilli for extra kick and drop that packet of backsauce, chilli and oil seasoning into a cup of hot water 1st to ease the squeeze (out). Cool

you have to boil the bean sprouts first... the have to be kinda overcooked... otherwise the taste is too strong... but then again, i'm one of those that like veggies...

I would reguarly go to batam just to buy 2 cartons back into singapore. Indomie mee goreng. The ones you get in singapore has one less "section" in the seasoning packet.
