Never... Do you have to pay GST on them first?

I'm not sure how stringent Customs are. I know of people who have had clubs in excess of $400 sent to them w/o issues (i.e. not held back by Customs).

yup, this is because the shipper did not put a $ value to the packing list (or the invoice is placed INSIDE the box).

Customs need to ascertain the $ value to determine if GST will need to be paid. You have to come to Singpost Paya Lebar office with the ebay printed invoice.

that is unless you are shipping other stuff, like weapons of mass destructions or porn Laughing

Nope. The invoice was on the box. I was there when the box of Mizzies arrived. The invoice clearly showed the price.

I just realised the item arrived on 25 June, no email no phone call from singpost. I need to call Singpost to track down the item, just received email from them that need to pay GST.

NB, sit there for 3 days never call......

Yah, that's why I said that they may not be very stringent Smile
