Sorry guys its a bit late..hope you will enjoy the action on the putting green on Tuesday and Wednesday prior to the start of the tournament.

i was told the weather was simply wicked.

of course nobody bothered to take a photo of Darren Clarke. come to think of it, if we have place a 100 pound bet before the start of the tournament, we would have made 12,500 quid. thats some odd.

Cabrera gets interested

guess who is interested in Zen-i

Nick with Richard Green

Practice Green action..

finally..

enjoy.

Towel looks like it's pegged down with Tees at the corner... Might be this product or something similar?

In reference to the Darren Clarke picture,

I think that it shows the joy of winning and also the emptiness.
After all the frustration over the 20 years in trying to get his hands on the jug and feeling like giving up, I have a feeling he is thinking if it was all worth it, however he also feels like what does he do now, what more can he look forward to....I have a feeling he also has a sense of emptiness.....

That's a pretty profound picture of Darren Clarke. We can only speculate on what he must be thinking. Congrats to him on his 20th try!

from the pic of DC..... he looked to be in a state of tranquility .... just from the way I interpreted.

but kudos to him.... the course was tough... and with the unpredictable weather.... that's even tougher....

he is might be thinking of his late wife....
the first tournament he played after his wife passed away was very emotional....
