PostSubject: Safekeeping of golf tee....during game   Thu Jul 28, 2011 9:17 am

So...here is the problem.....I keep my tee (you know...the long orange looking long tee) in my side pocket after every tee off.....but I realized...its poking me during walking and worst...it causes hole in my pocket.....coz this morning I lost one 50cents coin....

I am thinking of doing like LPGA gals....poke the tee on their hair after tee-off...but I kinda of 'lack of hair'

do you suffer fm such problem with your tee?

where do you put your tee after tee off?

Depends on where you poke.

It's part and parcel of the game. You want to hit balls... you gotta take some heat in return.

I too put my tees in my pocket.

I don't see how the tees can poke you unless you are wearing those tight fitting bermudas or the material of the pocket is too thin. Try wearing those loose ones it might help. Razz

What a question...Duval, ask yourself a simple question, do you park right or left?...stop wearing boxers then stick the tees in the opposite pocket of where you're normally parked.... problem solved...ta dah!!!!

if your yellow tee is intimidated by your orange tee, i can't help with that....haha

Fellow Neighbor, I knew you were the one who started this thread... we missed u.

Anyway, what I used to do is to stick it above my ear like some artists do with their pencils. Problem with that is that you do tend to lose the tees.

Another way that I used to do is to stick it underneath my cap just behind my ear. Problem with that, the cap and your hair tends to get soiled if you do not clean your tee before you stick it in.

Right now, I just put it in my pocket just like everyone else.

I put my tee together with my balls (golf) and attach the ball holder to my belt. Else time for someone to invent a hat clip to hold ball marker and tee.

I also tailored my own shorts where there are tee slots at the side. Take a pic tonight to show u

Tsk Duv....You can try asking Mloy to be your buggy-mate everytime you play. Once she agrees, ask her to wear lower cut a bit. You don need me to elaborate where you can put your tees now rite??? You can try this Sat morning.....I bet she will make a good flight-mate and a tee-holder....

My fellow BB, it should nt be a question of where he park his yellow tee.
That is immaterial because subject to what he sees or feel on course e.g Chio female golfers or cheeky caddy, the direction may change.
lol!

duval, solution for you, buy lots of wooden tees. just throw it away after every tee shot.

She's already got the balls anyway.

Bro, you can stick the tee in the under the velcro flap of your golf glove if you don't take your glove off during the game, or keep it in the buggy tee holders on the steering wheel or next to the cup holder.

But best if you go get one of these.

I usually have a tee in my pocket, and one or two more on the slots on my golf bag (if walking course), or on the buggy's tee-holder
