Not sure if anybody cares...but here's mine:

1. Stretch sideways
2. Rotate wrists both direction.
3. loossen the waist ..but doing rotation

4. Lastly...pray that wife and son don call and ask me ' Have you finish'

I don believe in hitting balls....

Ready ...steady.....Go...!!!

Thanks for sharing

but I think hitting a few balls is still the best specially when there's a tournament

The Golf Pro's do it ...
and it would certainly helped us too

to get feel and rythm

I typically start my round by counting how much money I have in my pocket and deciding whether it's enough to pay for my losses later. Helps my mind warm-up.

Then I stretch, more as a reminder that my body is older and less flexible so that I know that I can no longer throw temper tantrums.

Then I take a few practise swings, more to look like I'm part of the crowd and not someone who has resigned himself to defeat.

Lastly, I stare longingly at my golf balls knowing that I may not find them after my first shot.
