I just got myself a burner 2.0 regular us spec. Previously was using my bro ping g15. I just started golf about a mth ago but g15 seems to be easier for me to use. So far I still do not have any good shot with the burner 2.0 yet. Find it too long and hard to swing.
wait for the new rocketballz
Or wait for R11'S', which has bigger head (460cc vs 440cc) and more adjustable options.
Bigger head should be more forgiving.

See this is why I love golf. On the range, Burner 2.0 flies. First time on course, it flew. Game two and three with driver and distance dies. Drive was between 180 and 210. Sheesh

Saw the Dutch pro - he won the Iskandar Open - in action at Barclays. Short chap but my goodness. On the 18th, he drove into water. So playing his third shot he pulls out 3 wood and hits probably abt 230m+ onto the green. Two putt for par.

No doubt ball 9.5 should give lower ball flight (probably can't argue on physic theory). Most golfers that I know tells me 9.5 gives lower flight hence goes longer (plus roll better ma). In contrast, just a handful would say 10.5 gives better launch, allows the ball stay slightly longer air-bourne and hence go longer.
Most beginners would be advices started off with 10.5 (or even 11 degree as I recall Big Betha was popular with in those days). And in hidden sense of pride, this had made most golfers that i met believe that a better player normally uses 9.5, where 10.5 are still for "beginners"! And there were ppl (ah beng ah seng type) who actually told me this again recently, and it really almost blow my mind hearinas those.

Get the Burner Version 2.0 lah. Most of my frens who got TM R7 or R9 never even once change the configuration since the day they got it. Furthermore the R series are harder to play as well. Lastly if you can wait, wait untill the R11s is out then decide.

After a day of stress at work, sometime I find it rather hilarious and fun reading newbies discussing about equipment here ...
