I recalled there was someone who brought in the shrink wrap for driver shaft in various designs and unfortunately I can't find the thread. Does anyone know where in Singapore I can get it? Thanks.

Actually you are right...been trying to look for manufacturers to produce "laminate / deigns" that can be used to add design to golf shafts and crowns of Drivers & woods.

Very similar to those that you find for laptops....

Ya, got it mate. I know about shaft skinz but didn't know Wiz Golf carries it because I don't see it listed as one of the products in their website. Anyway, have called up Wiz and confirmed that they do have it in stock.

It's the flex bro, thick shaft but too whippy also not good. Cant unload the shaft or the release is early. You need late release to produce a flush shot.

Saw this online.

Technical info Shaft Skinz sleeves will add about 3–4g depending on the length of the shaft being ‘skinned’ and the amount of excess material being trimmed away. On a driver, using a full sleeve, this equates to around half of 1 swing weight which is well below what is detectable to the human hand.

We have had the sleeves tested using a renowned shaft analysis machine. This has shown a negligible increase (0.005%) in the stiffness (frequency) of the shaft being tested.
