What a load of crap.....there are still folks questioning if 'Luke' win is 'valid'.

Win is a win

Consistency is key. The only thing missing is a Major which could boost his resume. Other than that no one comes close to LD in terms of playing ability. To win both the PGA and European title is no mean feat.

Interesting article from Golf Channel - "How Donald rose to the top"

http://www.golfchannel.com/news/rex-hoggard/donalds-rise-to-the-top-of-the-golf-world/?cid=facebook_A_gc_LUKEDONALDRISETOTHETOP_121111

"Fate seemed to take care of the rest of the puzzle in 2008 when Donald injured his left wrist while playing out of the rough during the final round of the U.S. Open. The cost of the injury was more than six months on the “DL,” a missed Ryder Cup and countless hours chipping and putting. It’s all he had. Turns out it’s all he needed."

I think the game of golf centers around the 150m to the green. If you can sharpen your skills there, you can command the field.

But for me, I'll need several shots before I get 150m to the green. I may need to work on that too.

Luke's ironplay was immaculate. I never thought of him to be a top notch ballstriker but this proved me wrong.

it should be "150m to the hole." and not "to the green"

We mention irons, short game and putting, but his mental strength is also the best right now. Not making mistakes for so long and getting that win at Disney, for examples.

Luke is like Tiger when he was no.1 but without Tiger's power/length and the top field are not yet intimidated by him.

He should be able to win a major like PGA or Masters, need luck.

Slinger, Is the voucher promo still on in 2012? AM green fee is on a high side.

I also need to audition for the new captains Laughing
