I'd try to hunt for close-to-new lake balls these days though.

Kinda curious. Does anyone knows where to get Lake Balls in Singapore?

Anyway golf digest has a good chart here .. sure some of you seen it before but it can help anyone here decide which you might want to try ..

I just bought 3 boxes of noodles balls for $36. during the Isetan sales.
15 per box. $1.25 per ball.
They are really cheap and good. Feel very soft too!

Can the noodle ball offers good decent distance like Burner?

I heard good reviews on the Maxfli Tour balls.

Not too sure about the Noodle Ball, they are like, 2 piece distance balls right?

A friend was playing it the week before. He was smacking it waaaaayyyyyyyy out. I didn't try it but it looks impressive.
Still I like my balls to have more spin to it since I always have a 'bad tendency' to shoot into bunkers to practice my bunker shots.
Can't find a range with a good bunker for me to toss sand~ Sad

Not sure about burners, I only use cheap balls.
I think it is better than Srixon Soft balls.

I find that when I use new balls, I'm more committed to my shots and I don't send them into the water/jungle as often as I used to. Perhaps it's psychological or just a phase in my game but I do enjoy using new balls. They spin better and I get a bit more control.

I have almsot given up 100% on playing new balls.

1. Par 3 using brand new fresh out of the box callaway i and 7i, outer layer shreads.
2. Brand new bridgestone out of the box on the first hole par 5. 2 iron shots and the the outer layer shreads.

I am lucky to be able to find almost brand new used balls in vietnam.
