| It's quite a good driver for it's price. I have one in S, the light weight makes it easy to swing fast. The fubuki shaft is good for a stock shaft.
And you can tweak the settings with the wrench that comes with it.
Only gripe was with the grip. I changed it to an iomic one and the feel instantly improved.

Try it first. Its my first set when I first started seriously. And I got it for 2nd hand. A pretty good and forgiving set, but do keep practising. There's only so much technology can help a new golfer. Work hard on fundamentals over and over again, concentrate on getting your swing speed up. A great set. I'm still enjoying it. Good luck and enjoy! |

| I bought a much hype G15 PING driver SR shaft, after using it for 3 months I gave up, and switch back to my old faithful Nike Sumo 5900, forgiving and drive good distance.
Have been using this Sumo 5900 since Feb 2009 bought brand new from Isetan. easy swing no need force and yet get distance! |

On the issue of "swing speed", I learned that it matters only at the point of impact and beyond i.e. not the entire swing. By definition, it is "The speed at which a golfer swings the club, defined by how fast the clubhead is traveling at the moment it makes impact with the ball." The back swing should be slow and steady. |

Quite true. There's no point if the backswing is rushed, posture and positioning's all wrong. Even if your downswing's going like 200mph, it is all pointless if you top or duff the shot altogether as compared to someone with a good posture and positioning and a downswing at 105mph dead straight at the sweet spot at the point of impact.... But what is most important: Practice, and Practice right. Cheers. |

| R11 is a different model from Burner (now replaced by RBZ)
R11 is probably for more accomplished players who take advantage of the adjustability
Where as Burner / RBZ is more forgiving, straighter, higher ball flight type if driver.
Hope this helps |

| I think you should start with callaway diablo octane , ping g15, taylormade burner. It's best to try and test out the older clubs cheaper and sometimes a whole lot better. It depends on your swing. Have fun! |
