previous setup was using a 5H, current setup using a 5i.. actually, contrary to popular opinion that hybrids r easier to hit, i am comfortable n more consistent hitting the 5- iron..

Hmmm.....think I should get a cut of his winnings recently (sans yesterday) since I inspired him to take out 5 iron.

p.s. My set is only max till 6-iron.

Me plus one. and i dont have 5 hybrid either. I use a 4 hybrid choke down. Who am i kidding, what can i possibly hit from 160 plus meters out. Between work and life, i don't practise enough.

Been playing this combi for about 3 yeARS now. Played my lowest score with this setup. For me now, its all about whether the putter works.

My 5H was quite effective today. Pleased with it but I'll still carry my 5i in my bag Smile

Tried a 2H and even a 1H in the past. Nah... not for me. I think I know my standard. If I can't reach it with a 3H, then 7i the bugger and lay up Smile

I also used 5hybrid when the golf course is "Long" and when I am not hitting a 5iron poorly in the driving range.

If my biorythm is good and i am hitting my 5i crisply, then I keep it in my bag till i hit poorly again.

I have two 5 hyrbids. A Cleveland and a taylormade. both are very forgiving and gives longer distance
