| i believe i breathe in on the up swing, trying to channel the qi to my lower abdomen, cook the qi there following jiuyin zhenjing method, pause at the top and start downswing with an exhale while send the cooked qi to pressure points on my arms, wrist and fingers and finally release the club with dog beating staff technique |

Bro, you should be thinking about other things rather than concentrating on breathing.....
u need to remember if you did go toilet or not before your game. |

| Breathe in.
And with that question, you've seriously messed up my game cause each time I swing, I'll be asking myself... breathe in or breathe out?? _________________ Clearing my Storeroom of golfing goodies. | For me, I will breath in and hold, the let it out on the downswing. Best if i can fart it out big time before impact, which I noticed has given me 10 extra yds. |

Even if not successful in mastering jiuyang sen gong, still far better then becoming a woman from mastering jiuyin zhenjing right? By the way, need to ask mloy and kat if they find pushslice somewhat different than before. |

| nutty, since mloy took both my balls guess I thot I could learn the art already. no harm done but seriously...it's because I observe here the rather manly girls in SG always walk with a beautiful girlish girl. There must be some advantage in becoming a bit sissy yet maintain as manly as possible |

| I agree with birdman... it's a mf question.
Don't need to be so cautious about breathing when you swing... but if you have to know, i think i hold my breath through out especially on my downswing where i need to exert power. |

I actually thought of this question before... and was using the logic of working out in the gym where you exhale when you lift (more power) -- inhale on the upswing ad exhale on the down swing.. |
