With the recent unpredictable weather. It's good to start taking lessons to sharpen your game.. Naturally it's the short game that needs the most attention.

Must be able to drive and arrive. And I must say arriving is my weakness

I find that improving short game is always challenging.

What we need is always a coach to be on the real game with us and teaches us how to hit certain pitching, chipping and approach shots under different conditions and lie..

Some how it is just different in a real game compared to that on the range and chipping green and putting green..

Anyone here is lucky enough to have a coach that follows you in a game and teaches you in the actual game?

Please do share your experiences

Not to be blowing my own trumpet in any way.

But, I was the short game coach for the England national squad from 2004-2007

If you want to come down, I'll give you an analysis/short game skills test if you like?

is Good to play at the NSRCC 9 hole executive course to sharpen ur short game.
play along the 9 holes n just bring ur 9 iron n all your wedges. n putter.
is really fun n you will improve.
I did that n i did improve my short game.
and also at the range. their chipping area is from the green. it does help you in your feel.
wish u improve ur short game.

a couple of years back i had some intensive short game coaching from Raju at Warren GCC - he totally changed my approach to the game from 75m and in - he got me to focus on getting the ball as close to the pin as possible rather than playing the shot that the pros would

I have probably chipped in a dozen times since and pitched in 2-3 times as well

he comes highly recommended as far as i am concerned
