| Guys , I just bought a RBZ 10.5 driver jap specs with Mitsubishi rayon regular shaft. Not too used to it as I was previously using a stiffer shaft. What are the options I can explore ? |

| Visit a fitter to try out the different specs and shafts available. They have a lot of demo shafts available and since yours is a TM club, there shd be quite a few options to try as most fitters have TM adaptors. But don be surprised if you find some poison which you really like and lose sleep over it cos some may cost more than the rbz. The fitter shd be able to recommend after seeing you swing. |

| I am a beginner, and my distance is not far. However, it definitely felt better swinging the stiff shaft for me than the regular shaft... Heard many place say regular... But. When I swing the regular, it felt the shaft bends a lot.. Lol |

It doesn't matter how long you are right now, just know that if you have a consistent swing in future and are fitted rightly, you shd be longer with a tighter dispersion. Don get too confused with what the sales reps or others who try to tell you a shaft recommendation based on what you tell them of your swing or how long you have been playing. There are beginners who swing in excess of 100mph, and there are seasoned golfers who swing in the 90s zone, so it really varies. Also, most of the stock shafts on the off the rack clubs are usually made-for shafts for that brand, usually watered down specs from the actual after market offerings. These shafts tend to play softer to flex. But that being said, one shaft's R might feel like another's S. Also, there are brands and certain clubs these days which offer real after market shafts with an up charge as an option. If possible, do your research and try the clubs at demo days before you buy. Just a precaution, once you go down the road of playing Ard with shafts, there's no turning back. It's like a poison that you can never get rid of, but yet, you will be delighted to satisfy its urges on your mind. Happy golfing and have a great journey |

When you venture in the beginning, it's just clubs and new periodic launches from your fav brands. Then, you slowly look at shafts and other accessories..... Then apparel.... Then customisation and fitting..... Then after you finally customise and fit your entire set to chime in tune, your favourite brand launches new toys and you get itchy. And the cycle repeats. Enjoy the ride, that's what makes golf fun. |

| ya enjoying the ride man though its been an expensive ride.
Actually my original intention was to buy a second hand shafts to try on my RBZ driver but i had a noob question as i was afraid that it may not be "compatible" because of the adjustable loft mechanism.

Shafts run independently from the adjustment mechanisms in the head. Head down to visit some of the fitters and try out. There might be some good second hand shafts that are lying Ard. You might get better results and satisfaction from your rbz if you play with a suitable shaft |

| I've got a similar problem. I purchased an RBZ US specs regular and I think it's a little too stiff for me.
Can anyone recommend a gd fitter?
Thanks. |

| hi hi slaygay. just pop in some club fitting shop n see what shaft that can suit u. It would be good if u can check your swing speed to see which flex suit you too. A driver is one of the most sensitive club in the bag.
