1. club fitter, - why? Your clubs have to be balanced. from driver all way down to wedges. Dont go to so call pro shop to buy, U Need To Be Fitted. THEN U have your swing to worry only.

how does a club fitter help prevent injury by "balancing" the clubs? What is club balancing?
I agree there are some shafts that might have more "shock absorbing" properties, but other than that, how does club fitting help with regards to injury prevention? Maybe lighter clubs for the golfer who does not have sufficient physical strength?
But more than that, I think being in good physical condition, and proper swing mechanics help more than anything else.

now , I see that U need glasses "Ssquirrel" . Get a balanced set of club and engage a REAL swing pro . That is what I stated .
U wanna believe, be my guest. I give a honest advise and you choose to spend on NICE toys, for all I care.
How would you determine lighter shaft? What physical condition we are talking about? ???? Professional also got their club fitted, they also go to their trainers for physical conditioning and also have a swing coach. You might be the few lucky person that dont need fitting.
Sorry bro, if fitting not of your choice, and you are playing good. Good luck to you.
