| Similar to MC in local context. Means one is sick, unwell - In this case the six inches between the ears not strong, or not adjusted to new equipment or swing not sound enough or all of the above
Treatment: get 2 days off from the tournament, go back see (swing) doctor, see club fitter, or see sports psychologist, or see all of above
Recovery period: depends on individual...
This is a stroke play event, not match play (hope I'm not confusing you further), we don't typically use 'eliminated' in this context. Very simply they miss the half way cut because their scores over 2 rounds are not good enough. So they won't get any official prize money on the event because they don't get to complete Saturday and Sunday rounds of golf. Clear as mud now? Watch more Golf Channel and read more, it'll make sense over time |

Thier appearance fee is still more than the prize money!
So for these 2 blokes, its just a warm up game with their new toys!
Advertiser will be dissapointed though, viewership will drop on the weekends! |

| I am pretty sure that there is a clause in their appearnace feel contract stating if they dont make cut then the fees will reduce de...... but no tournament will be the same w/o them... sadly.. |
