I find it strange that they were driving the cars themselves, in Thailand, where they were not familiar with the traffic condition and route etc...

Errr...

"World number 13 Paula Creamer and seventh-ranked Suzann Pettersen were also involved in the six-car crash late on Sunday in Bangkok, where they were driving to the airport to catch a flight to Singapore for the $1.4 million tournament which starts on Thursday."

"Despite her air bag failing to deploy, the 26-year-old fan favourite escaped with just a sore shoulder from the incident, which occurred while she was travelling to the airport for her flight to Singapore, after the Honda LPGA event in Pattaya. " - Straits Times

Not sure, from the above quotes seems like they were the ones driving.. Else the articles would have said "where they were driven to the airport"...

Maybe i'm wrong...

scratch

Creamer was sitting in the front passenger seat

Trust Reuters editors to miss that

Yup. Perhaps you are right.. Then again... Why was creamer in the front seat...? Anyway.. Hopefully Jenny Shin will win this time round...

Ai Mi seemed "reserved" with her swing at the range yesterday.
Check out her swing sequence in pics below.
