| just want to throw it out there that if putter anchoring is such an illegally good way to put. shouldn't graphite shafts for all clubs be banned too, based on the same logic, since these shafts really make the game easier for almost all of us?
your thoughts please |

| Wah Bro Hara, if that's the case with graphite shafts, than shouldn't balls that go extra long or spin more come under scrutiny as well..... |

| It does not necessarily help. For instance, try giving rory a piece of 30g L flex shaft meant for kids. |

| It would have made a difference if Rory had the choice between an X flex steel shaft and X flex graphite shaft........ |

| C'mon guys, the PGA ruling only applies to tour pro and amateurs ... We are only social golfers ... And of course we can still continue to use non-conforming anchor putters, driver or wedge, etc. for our social games ... No one give a damn about this when it comes to social game ... Most importantly, we enjoy our game and companionship ... |

Yup. Quite impressed with graphite shafts. I always assumed that graphite shafts would be weak and wouldn't give me as much feel as steel shafts but these are pretty good! Oh, the SFs are also just as nice but I can't afford 'em. _________________ Clearing my Storeroom of golfing goodies. Ozik cheaper than SF??? Back to this, are they going to look into balls next? they are also going further and further. |

Mine came shafted with my irons. So, I'd need to buy SFs separately. _________________ Clearing my Storeroom of golfing goodies. Please help support " A ball will always come to rest halfway down a hill, unless there is sand or water at the bottom." Henry Beard |
