 JB courses - what kind of fairway

what kind of fairways in JB courses? These are the ones I've played :

IOI Palm Villa - not cowgrass
Austin Hill - cowgrass
Ponderosa - not cowgrass
Legends - not cowgrass
Horizon Hills - ?
....
....

My adopted home course 'Permas Jaya Golf course'.....aka unknown gem.......cow grass

Not much difference once you get used to the sight of it.

Dirty and soggy if you play after heavy rains.

Personally, I think cow grass is a little harder so taking a divot seems tougher to me.
