It is common here as I had experienced be it TMCC or NSRCC.
I normally put my name on the ball "real big" but to no avail.
I guess it is the mentality issue here ........
So I only use new ball when overseas excluding Malaysia ........
To save the unnecessary frustration.

Let me share with bros here how I lost my ball yesterday (7 Sep'13) morning at Poresia and was returned to me after the game, by who? Bro Quest. How he recognised my ball, I am not sure but I have a very distinctive marking on my ball, a BIG "F" in Red. It was returned to me by Quest's friend. Thanks bro, though I still wonder how he know it's my ball. I am sure there are many with initials like "F". I think I lost it at Bougainvillea 1st Hole. I remember my 2nd shot went straight for the green from the fairway but I could not find it, at the back of green, in front of green, right of green (water), and the left of the green. But it was returned back to me by Quest, through his friend Cheong.
