 which golf club will most likely be taken back?

Is it going to be nsrcc,keppel ,tanah merah or sicc?

Confirm will be Keppel CC for residential development ... NSRCC and Tenah Merah may not be suitable for high rise commercial/residential development because the Changi Airport is in the vincinity ...

My feel is that they will take back SICC Island location. Offer one course to Keppel and reserve the
other for public use when Marina Bay lease expires. That would be a more equitable usage of land  for golf. It is difficult to justify one club having 81 holes of golf real estate.

Tanah Merah and NSRCC not for residential - but affected by new proposed Aiport Terminal 4.

Nsrcc belongs to ah gong lei.. and sicc belongs to many rich ppl. Hard to see theae 2 gone
