By all means, please do not feed the birds, never mind how tempting or friendly it may seem. It will break their natural hunting skill to look for food. 
If you do feed them, the equation will mean: People = Ready food

Checked online that a farm nearby keeps such birds. Wonder if they escaped from there

Huh! Are these birds allowed to be kept as pets, legally. You need a very big aviary for such birds.  scratch  Shocked
