Michelle Wie is quite slim built, but how does she develop her club speed? from her core muscles?
Are there any exercise or golf drills to develop the core muscles?

Michelle Wie is extremely flexible -- in fact you can't be too muscular to achieve that swing.. I believe gym and range practice go hand in hand to increase your swing speed. ie you need gym to improve your overall fitness and range to improve your swing sequence (aka play more).. everything will eventually work together to increase your swing speed.
Back to your question: i think overall body workout will benefit you more than just improving your core. A balanced workout is definitely the way to go..

i googled her height n weight. 6ft and 68kg its not slim built by most measure its athletic built and she certainly looks the part
core muscles play an important role but i personally feel its how everything flows together stacking on the takeaway, the bump, the follow through action how u transition into each phase of your swing, will affect your swing speed
fitness do plan a part. extending beyond your usual range of motion can be quite physically taxing. so regular workout is useful. yoga is good. personally, my lower back always ache after 18hole. but after starting yoga, i can go 2 rounds in a row and still feel ok

her swing is very different from lydia ko and na yeon choi, anyone can help me to understand? I realized that most korean player got the same swing except inbee park, the rest almost the same. All goes to the same coach?
