Early this year, I bought two Cobra Bio Cell+ Fairway woods (3 & 5) from Golf Direct.
They were very nice and I enjoyed it. My balls were flying where they should be, most of the time. I was getting good distance.
However, about 5 months into it, after I tee'd off on a Par 3 (170M), the 5W head flew off! I didn't hit the ground, etc. The ball even got on the greens! It was a good tee off!
Since GD had a promotion where it was buy one free one... I didn't think too much of it.
The next month, as I was packing my golf bag for a trip, I realized that the 3W has a crack and one touch, it broke off!
Now, I have two broken Cobra Bio Cell+ FWs sitting at home. I brought them to GD Ubi but they won't do anything until I gave them my receipt or even a credit card slip (which I've thrown or misplaced or maybe I bought with cash).
Can anyone tell me who to talk to get a replacement or even better, refund? GD won't do anything without any records even though they can scan the barcode on the shaft and know that it's theirs.
