| The ones that I go to is the Gelang Patah Jasmine Massage. Chinese massage, works pretty well for me. I felt relieve and not so stiff the next day. |

| there used to be a back massage routine offered by the wellness @ MBGC, specifically for golf, i.e. it targets the lower back and hips area, and it was GOOD. but it just disappeared with the change in management and massuer, and i still cant find a good massage replacement that can attack those spots...
pls share if you know of any. |

| a good body massage is very good for us, Golfers, because
the massage can make our body soft and flexible.
thereby making our downswing a lot faster and have a better recoil |

| tuina is good but must get a really good one. I'd tried one recently at AMK. He almost torn me into half. |

| i  massages too! Can go to rivervalley (near to yuji golf) or thomson road, there are many massage places over there. And they are all very reasonably price. no need to buy package. no hard sell. price range: $40 - $50 per hr (depends on the type of massage u choose) personally i like the place called "peace of mind" or "the healing hands". |

Decent pricing with a nice environment.
45 for an hour of acu massage.
I always ask for Eric, one of the senior therapist.
He did wonders for my left shoulder. |

Amazing Thailand - Jalan Meranti Merah: can see from "Main Road"
Bangkok Spa - Jalan Abiad - Near Giant Hyper Mart in Perling
Chinese Traditional:
Fizio - several outlets in Taman Tebrau area
Actually massage spas are a dime a dozen in JB. |
