| Try Beauty World Thai massage, located at level 1... same row as the Nam Seng Clinic. My regular masseuse is Flora... by far the best best best massage I ever had. But she will be out of town by next week I think. The rest of the masseuse also not bad... worth a try..  |

Try 8, 9, 16 or 28. Strong masseues who can soothe a crocked body. |

| Btw, just checking with the guys here... Are you fine with male masseur giving full body massage? or prefer having a female masseur? Call me wierd but i don't like being massage by male masseur. Is not that I think that they are bad at it, they might be even do better that most female ones. Anyway, after telling that to a friend sometime back, he joked with me that he also have same preference. However, he did mentioned that it will be even more wierd if you come to a "salute" during the massage by a male masseur. It's a full body massage, you'll never know where your soft spots are... hehe.... What's your view?  |

| Many back problems are fm bad posture, tension sitting in front of computers all day, and improper lifting of heavy items.
I tried energy bay at mbgc, not bad at all. Strong for me, i asked the masseuse to lighten up.
At home i use a fit bar foam roller.

| for me, no no for a male masseur, kind of weird!.....foot massage still ok but definitely not body massage.....for those at Jurong area, can try Dragon Gate Spa, near to Jurong swimming pool/ Jurong stadium......try Silver, traditional thai massage, she's from Chiang Mai but stayed here 20 over yrs liao...strong massage... |
