PostSubject: Gosen or Kasco   Mon Jul 27, 2009 1:22 pm

I am sourcing for a new full set of golf clubs for my gf and so far the shortlisted ones are Kasco Dimpal El and Gosen V-series. Gosen is cheaper but I am not too sure if this set can last her for 3 to 4 years as she will definitely go beyond beginners.

Any comments on the quality of the 2 brands and the clubs?

If she gets better and is really interested; she'll change the clus in 2years time; no need to think if it'll last 3-4 years... Very Happy

100% agree with you bro! The only different I can think of is that for Gosen, she will want to change in 1 year or less and for Kasco... will be around 2 years clown

Very Happy
The best thing is... bring her along; see both sets.. ask her to choose.. then just get lor...
that way both of you will be happy..

Better to spend a bit more to get what you/she likes than save a little bit and end up wondering/wishing that you should have gotten the other set.

In terms of "quality" either sets will last more than 3-4 years, it's just not sure if your/her interest level for the clubs will remain the same

She has seen both sets and still deciding between the 2. My take is that if Kasco Dimpal EL has an edge over Gosen in quality, I would certainly take Kasco.

I know a couple ladies also buy based on colour and looks. Actual performance is secondary. Look down at the club on address feel happy can liao! Laughing
