I believe what I'm doing currently (heels off the ground at impact) is totally wrong. Been trying to get rid of this problem.

Definitely not something to do through impact.

Yeah, I think what I'm doing contributes to the hook.

Okay... just a general observation...
If you look at the first picture, your shoulder is not square at setup thus pulling your right hand forward.

Your ball placement is too far forward if using iron but i think your using a driver right?

Try to tuck your right hand more towards your stomach, this should square your shoulders!
Nice swing btw, this was what my old swing looked like

Looks like you scoop the ball quite abit too...

Spot on Jon.

I believe I'm still not compressing the ball enough and I'm breaking my left wrist through impact (which leads to scooping), thats why my ball flight is very high.

In addition to the set up, I have a severe case of the "flipping hands syndrome" which i inherited from my old swing. Think that is the main reason why my ball keeps going left. Do hope to cure it soon.

Thanks for the great comments Jon.

try inserting a metal rod in your hands.
surgery will be good for you.
to keep your feet on the ground, you can nail your feet to the met.
It might be painful but its worth the pain. You will see results.

Great minds think alike bro, been wanting to do that for a long long time. It will be an instant cure, but couldn't find anyone to do the rod implants for me.

Was thinking of fixing an iron byron inside my body as well to achieve more consistency. Anyone knows where to do it?

I heard John Daly put one in, only thing is that the internal iron byron needs lots of grease and lubricant to keep it smooth, so must eat lots of fatty food and drink lots of beer to keep it working. Now that he changed his diet to lose weight, his iron byron rusty liao, so cannot play like last time ... you sure you want to put Iron Bryon in? Razz

It is good that you can identify your own mistake. It is hard to get consistency if one lifts his legs on impact. One should roll his feets instead as he shifts his weight from the rear leg to front on impact. With this move, one would get tremendous amount of power!

The last pic showing you dipped your head way below the yellow line, I guess you ballooned this shot. Am I correct? If you want optimum launch angle and PRO trajectory, you have to stack against the ball on impact.
