i just eat peanut butter/nutella sandwich every 5 holes to keep my stamina. Managed RJCC quite well with this recipe Very Happy

Spot on Sunny.

Stick to a routine for 8-12 weeks. Then change to another set of routine. That way, your fitness wil improve and not hit a plateau if you had just stick to the same routine.

sighh....if only I have a gym at my place.......

I usually rely on washing dishes, sweeping floor, scrub toilet and carry groceries as another alternative to gym....
