Dude

The Muira dealers are all around your area

Give them a call and try them out. They are good but I have had similar experiences with other irons. Wink

I've actually been to 2 of the fitters in that list. Did some reshafting.. service ok, but damn ex.

Again, i will do my best not to touch them. I'm quite content to wait for the launch of the 53/63s.. these ones i can afford.

Ghoonk, I bought a tour issue TM FWood.
How can I verify it's real tour stuff?

Ghoonk, got a few offers to buy Adams Tour Stuffs lately. Chad Campbell using 9064? The dude claimed it is CC's driver, 8.5* with some hotmelt and I am very interested. What do you think?

Tour Spoon, meaning 13*. It does come in retail form. Usually the serial number starts with a 'T' not numbers...

Edited: on a second thought... no, the serial numbers do NOT necessarily starts with a 'T' for the fairway metals. The only lead you have is the size of the tip, it HAS to be a .335" as opposed to retail's .350" tip.

Look the post above, it's been edited. But tell us the serial anyway. Where did you get it from, anyway?

I haven't been to TM site for so long, they used to have a section where you can register your club and they would verify the authenticity of your club. Do they still have it now?

What kind of shafts do you like? Looks like the search for the perfect shaft is endless for both of US. I found one I can really 'TRUST', but lacking distance. Well, not much... maybe a few yards but still not 100% satisfied. But I know I WILL find fairway with that combo.

The serail number is 565W6kA9
The shaft is silver Mit Rayon
Tour H.Kuehne Pat #5773154

I bought it quite cheap and don't expect it to be tour issue.

As far as I know, tour stuffs got .335 tip, but some pros DO shop around at retail places and bring their clubs to the tour van for re-shafts or whatever. Does that Tour H.Kuehne refers to Hank Kuehne? I am not sure...

Btw, some tour issue clubs do come as a steal. I know a few friend who scores tour clubs at some second hand shops or the second-hand bins at some big retailers...
