Ok All, Just spoke to Singnet Support. It seems that we need to access a proxy server of Singnet to go to the PM page. The Steps are :-

go to TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS

Then go to CONNECTIONS - LAN SETTINGS (button)

tick proxy server and in proxy server box type in 'proxy.singnet.com.sg' and type in under PORT box '8080'

Click 'OK' and you are done.

Singnet is always doing this rubbish! with the proxy server, there could be more problems accessing other sites too.
plus, it slows down your internet speed. anyway i'll just live with the problem, its too much hassle to proxy and unproxy whenever i have problems with other sites.

actually they already are.. all of our traffic is logged.
the proxy is like a web nanny with blocks and redirections.

i remember when i got the web browser software given from singnet long time ago when you used their setup disks, they just configured the proxy in automatically.. sneaky bastards.. it did cause a lot of problems. geek

i also cant access PM from my iphone and mac (using Singtel). I could access from office using windows and the office internet connection. Have 5 messages on my inbox from potential buyers HELP

I have posted the workround procedure in this thread earlier. Please have a look but as what Mizzy says, the connections becomes very very slow after that.

er.. not very very slow.. just slow.. due to latency. sometimes streaming from watching video.. other stuff.. things that they want to throttle you..
