| all ZIMs are tour prototype at this point...nothing has gone into production.
the final production will most likely consist of 3 necks.
1. centre shaft 2. midslant 3. the new quarterneck
thank you in advance.
Rex already filed his response. for sure Slinger will lose his testing rights.

| Boss, mine was bought at Sungei Road is not proto right (so no need to FR)? Anyway just for the GRians info, after gaming the ZOM, now I couldn't remember where I put my super-soft-and-trustworthy-old-scotty-putter-with-GSS303-steel-insert (maybe my wife used it to balance the leg of the study table). Btw this is the only mallet putter that does not look like a mallet from the top (I used to really hate mallet putter's look when putting). |

| My FR on ZIM(Center Shafted Satin ZIM @380g with oversized ZEN grip. The loft and lie, i not sure)
1) Looks: Very different putter look as compared to the readily availabe mid mallets out in the market. Sharp edges took me a while to get use to it. (I look at it everyday just to get used to it).
2) Setup: This is definitely is the bao jiak putter if you always have setup problems like me. You just need to look where you are aiming, put down the putter, and walah.
3) Feel: Its abit heavy though but with the oversized grip, its feels much lighter. But if could put it to a weight of a typical mid size mallet, then it might be better. Putting response is immediate on this putter. Off center hits can be felt and heard but its so forgiving that it will still trap the line that its suppose to roll. And for putts that are less than 1 inch break, just aim center of cup and go firm. THe oversize grip with the help of DGMan also solve my problem of my left wrist collapsing upon impact which always resulted in a pull, and when you get to focus on that problem, it will start to push right.
I am not a technical person when it comes to equipment, nowadays, i jsut walk up to my ball and just hit it. WHat the ZIM has done to my game is lowering at least 5-6 strokes per round. I was looking at my scores for the past few months and its a very clear that the purchase of the ZIM plus boss's tips have contributed to my improvement in the last few months. The ZIM not only allows me to putt better, it also indirectly build my confidence in my game.
Once again, thanks DGman. |

I had the same problem as you did. I "ran away" from the problem and putt to the other way coz my right wrist is more dominant, it doesnt collapse anymore. |

| D, the putter is the club in the bag that you use most often in a 18 hole game. So divided the cost by the number of times you use it, i think its worth it....
Psst... i use to be an el cheapo too when it comes to a putter.... but its proven already. |
