 Back from hiatus/ injury

Hi,

Advisable to be playing in singapore? Got jio to MBGC for game tmr but have not feel/touch/smell golf for past 4-5 mths. Afraid that i'll hold up play. Dilemma leh cos hand really itchy but low on self confidence...

Pls lah.....fm my experience, with hiatus of 4-5 months, one would have surplus of Good shots !!!!!

no leh... even before that 4-5 mths, i hardly play cos of my back injury leh. i believe not much good shots left in me..

Bro, care to elaborate about the your back injuries? Of late, I am feeling bad too, suspecting that I may have bulging disc on my lower back or it may be even worst, disc slipping... sigh. Love this game to just give up.

I have been to a physiotherapist, he is a golfer himself. Strengthening the back and core muscles is the only way to relieve the pain. Been practising some pilates myself, which also helps.

mine is from left shoulder blade down to lower back. Plus was involved in some local social soccer leaue. Never had the chance to recover fully.. so i opted to put golf on hold cos we are chasing for so called promotion...

yes, i've got some advices from frds that pilates really do help.
