| Hi
Does anyone have any input on how the older burners from 2008 compare to the newer models? Am looking to buy second hand but not sure if should splash out for new one |

| IMO, the difference seems marginal as i feel that TM has been making pretty gd 3woods for quite a while (e.g. the V-steel 3 wood is still a common item in the bags of tour pros globally).
Deciding factor would likely be 'vanity' and 'coolness'... heh.
hope this helps in your decision making.
cheers |

| Thanks a lot for your reply. Will put up a WTB post. I prefer to get the 2008 burner cos I have the 5 wood and I like the feel. |

| I've used the Burner '08 3 wood and have since switched to the Superfast 3 wood. In my opinion, the latter is slightly asier to handle and is wayy more forgiving and orgasmic when a good shot is had. However, being the 'go-to' club when the driver is out of whack, you really need to get used to this club, and treat it with respect.. Why? Cuz the feeling of being on in 2 on a Par 5 can only be had with this club, so get really really really used to it. |

| The last TM 3 wood that I like was the 07 Burner TP. They didn't make anything better ever since, in my opinion. Well, maybe the Superfast but I think even the Superfast is only as good as the 07 Burner TP with a funny shape... Just my 2 cents. |

| The V-Steel and the R7 TP & non-TP were the only good ones I reckon were timeless. _________________ Stay Thirsty My Friends...

Yeah, these are great too in their time. But as I recall it, these are even older than the 07 Burner TP... |
