PostSubject: Club labeling   Fri Dec 24, 2010 8:00 pm

I just lost my L wedge on the course. Found out near end of 18H. Marshall went out last 9H but came back empty handed. Left my contact at the club house in hope of some honest kind souls. Don’t think I can get it back after 1 day.

First question: Do you label your club? Like putting a simple name and contact somewhere on the club? Not all the clubs but those that are ex and probe to lost like a S or L wedge. Whack the ball on the sand, bad shot, rack the sand and leave, bye bye wedge.

Second question: If you see a name and contact on the club would you contact the owner?

Bro, left an iron at the teebox at Kranji once. no chance that i could get that back lor. I cursed the pr**k that took my club til this day.

but if you do play at local member clubs like seletar chances are you will be able to retrieve your club back at the golfing counters at the end of the day or the next.

have picked up and return a few clubs to the marshalls lor.

cheers.

I lost it at a local club well known for its friendly members, but I'm not member. My kaki is a member and knows the marshall well. That's why one marshall went out to look for it.

I don't label mine, but I always put extra effort to count every now and then.

Found few clubs before, and always return it to the owner (or the club at least).
